about Angela Reddix and Anyssa Reddix Tracey
Angela D. Reddix
Angela Reddix is the President and CEO of ARDX, a multi-million-dollar management and technology consulting company based in Norfolk, Virginia.
In 2016, Angela created the Envision Lead Grow movement, an online platform designed to support and encourage entrepreneurs at every stage of their journey.
Angela values education and is determined to share her knowledge with you.
She graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing. She has a Masters degree in Organizational Development from Bowie State University with a focus in Training. She is currently pursuing her PhD in business at Oklahoma State University.
Angela created ARDX as a company of one in August of 2006. She grew her company to meet the demand for her expertise in systems, specifically healthcare management. In 2016, ARDX is a thriving business with multi-million dollar contracts and a staff of over 100. She is a valued key advisor on essential government data management systems and as a consultant on highly-visible health information management programs. ARDX specializes in workforce training and technical assistance, innovative information technology and security solutions and support, collaborative conferencing and events management, quality, compliance and revenue audits, policy development and management, and customized research and evaluation.
She believes in social responsibility and giving back to the community that supports her. She serves as a board member for Junior Achievement, the Komen Foundation, and the YWCA.
Angela also speaks about business, self-esteem and the importance of self-perception at events throughout the year, including the Old Dominion University’s Conference for Girls and Young Women.
Anyssa Reddix is a published author, speaker, and mentor to young girls. Sharing Angela’s passion for entrepreneurship, she jumped into Envision Lead Grow with both feet.
Anyssa is the Program Manager for Envision Lead Grow. She is in charge of organizing the stops along the 7-City Bus Tour. She has put together the team of counselors that will travel from city to city, she will be overseeing how they carry out the curriculum, “The 8 Seeds to Success in Business,” as well as organizing the logistics to get the bus on the road.
Entrepreneurship isn’t a new concept for Anyssa– her first business started when she was 5 years old, selling bookmarks that she made to the adults around her. Her next endeavor was a tutoring company “T3” that she started when she was 10 years old. At 14, Anyssa accomplished her (then) lifetime dream of publishing a book. Magic of Friendship can be purchased on Amazon or at Barnes & Noble, and gave Anyssa the platform to begin a speaking tour in her community. She used her book to promote the message that you don’t have to wait to accomplish your big goals, and this is a message she brings with her to Envision Lead Grow.
Currently, Anyssa is a business administration major at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She will be graduating in 2018 and hopes to bring all of her business knowledge to take ELG to the next level!
Aside from school and work, Anyssa loves to read, travel, and write. She’s an avid yogi, meditator, and overall fan of living a well-balanced life.
