SUMMER IMMERSION CAMP
TEAM!

Spend your summer changing lives

Each summer we look for individuals who want to transform the lives of girls through entrepreneurship! Join our team of leaders who work together to create an atmosphere of empowerment, fun, and community!

Envision Lead Grow is a non-profit organization on a mission to provide economic empowerment services for women and girls from historically excluded communities through programs that increase equity, ownership, entrepreneurship, scholarship, and investment. We believe that little girls with dreams become women with vision, and we are committed to helping girls build their futures through entrepreneurship by creating a community to support their success.

We offer a 4-Tier program at no cost to our girls or their families. First, the girls attend our interactive entrepreneurship sleepaway camp, where we walk them through the fundamentals of starting a business. At the end of camp, girls pitch their business ideas to a panel of judges, and the winning venture receives $500 seed money for her business. Since 2016, we have served over 3,000 girl bosses across the country.

Once camp is over, our new girl bosses return home, where they are paired with a local female mentor, who works with them throughout the school year to continuing growing their business plans. Monthly, they receive guidance from our team via assignments and webinars, and those who remain engaged have the opportunity to attend our Entrepreneurship Institute, an all-expense paid weekend. where they work with Fortune 500 female executives and successful female entrepreneurs! After only one year in the program, our middle school aged girls are running and growing profitable businesses. Once girls enter our program, they are in it until they graduate high school!

In the week leading up to camp (July 8-12), you’ll call a series of girl bosses to remind them about check-in and to see if they have any questions to help lower girl boss no-show rate. This work is vital in making sure our families have the information they need to succeed. A script and spreadsheet will be provided.
